Need help with CMO? Most questions are answered below. If you can't find what you need, email us directly — every message is read by a real person.
Email: support@chiefmomofficer.app
Response time: Usually within 1–2 business days. If you've found a bug, please include your iOS version and a short description of what happened so we can reproduce it.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account, not inside the CMO app. To cancel on iPhone: open the Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find CMO → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
App Store subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund for your CMO purchase. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. If Apple's automated system denies the refund and you believe there's been a billing error on our side (for example, a charge after you canceled), email us and we'll help look into it.
Open CMO → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. If you're the family owner, deleting your account also deletes the family and all family-shared data. If you're a non-owner family member, your private data is deleted and you're removed from the family; shared family data (calendar events, meals, etc.) the rest of the family contributed to is preserved.
If you can't access the app for any reason, you can also email us at support@chiefmomofficer.app and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
Open CMO → Settings → Family Sharing. You'll see a 6-character Invite Code for your family. Share it with the person you want to add — either copy it and send it yourself, or tap Invite by Email to send them a branded invite email with the code embedded. They'll install CMO, tap "Join an existing family" on the sign-in screen, and enter the code. If you need to revoke access, tap Generate new code; the old code stops working immediately.
Most sync issues clear up by disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar source. Open Settings → Connected accounts → tap the account → Disconnect, then reconnect. If that doesn't help, email us with the account type (Google or Outlook) and roughly when sync last worked.
Check your spam folder first — CMO emails come from noreply@chiefmomofficer.app and some providers route us to spam on first contact. You can also check your in-app notification preferences at Settings → Notifications. Account-and-security emails (password resets, family invites) are always sent and can't be turned off; transactional and weekly-digest emails each have their own toggle.
We don't sell or share your data. Email scanning, if you connect Outlook, is read-only and limited to shipping confirmation emails. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
If CMO is experiencing a widespread issue, we'll note it here. Currently: all systems operational.
