Terms of Service

Welcome to CMO ("Chief Mom Officer"). The CMO mobile application ("App") is operated by Chief Mom Officer LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CMO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CMO is a family management application that helps users organize calendars, meal plans, grocery lists, to-do items, recipes, and family schedules. The App is provided "as is" and is currently in beta.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use CMO.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Family Sharing

CMO allows you to create a family group and invite others using a unique invite code. When you share your invite code, the invited user will have access to your shared family data including events, meal plans, grocery lists, and to-do items. You are responsible for managing who has access to your family group.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (events, recipes, lists, etc.). By using CMO, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your family members.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App

7. Beta Service

CMO is currently offered as a beta service. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• The App may contain bugs or errors
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• We welcome your feedback to improve the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMO AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED EVENTS OR APPOINTMENTS, OR DIETARY DECISIONS BASED ON APP CONTENT.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account; the deletion is processed immediately. If you cannot access the app, you may instead email us at support@chiefmomofficer.app and we will process the deletion within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of CMO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
