What does CMO do with my email?
If you connect Outlook for package tracking, CMO does only one thing with it: scans for shipping confirmation emails (Amazon, Target, Walmart, UPS, etc.) so we can track your packages automatically. We never read, store, or process personal emails. Email access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time. Google accounts are used for calendar sync only — CMO does not request or use Gmail mailbox access. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is my family data shared with anyone?
No. Your data is only visible to family members you invite using your private invite code. We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties.
Which email providers are supported?
For package tracking, Microsoft Outlook (including Microsoft 365) is supported. For calendar sync, we support Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. More providers may be added based on user demand.
